The invisible Architects of Change!

Change Management

Often, we have a choice to be seen as superstars and pioneers of change. Alternatively, we can sell our idea in a way that becomes the general public’s idea. For the latter, we may not get the praise we deserve. However, when an idea gains general acceptance, there is little we need to do to manage or drive it.

So, rather than prescribing the next change, consider making it a change that everyone owns. It becomes an idea conceived by everyone.

If we are not about glory, we can achieve much more by selling our ideas in a way that becomes other people’s ideas.

This is what the invisible architects of change do all the time!
