Being present allows me to see through other people’s eyes, read their minds, feel their heartbeats, and observe their body language. It guides me to know when to slow down and when to trust my instincts. In moments of presence, I understand my emotions better and let my imagination run wild. I celebrate my blessings and appreciate the wisdom of oneness among all.
The problem is that I am not always present. With the continuous practice of being present, the glories of life will naturally follow.
