Why don’t we start by first understanding people who will be going through the change? How about understanding their culture, work conditions, organisation hierarchy, fears, dreams, future aspirations and past horrors?
Yes, it is extra work, but why not to deeply understand the people we are serving to facilitate change? Change Management must start from empathy! A deep empathy!
