Transformation is a radical change. Change does not happen without people. However, we know it is challenging to lead change in the organisation. The complexity increases with the number of employees, capacity, capability, management structure, autonomy, and other factors.
In summary, transformation is not easy.

Change Success = Right People in Right Roles + Inspiring Leaders + Motivation + Supportive Environment
We will thrive with change initiatives and transformation if all four ingredients are in good form. However, our efforts will yield negligible results if any ingredients are missing.
