Business capability development requires our capacity. In other words, we must have the capacity to work on the business to improve its capability.
However, if the entire staff is fully utilised in operations, we will continue to stay where we are today.
So, if we want to improve business capability, maturity, and experience, we should first consider creating capacity. It is about freeing our core set of people who can dedicate their efforts to making lasting change.
