Demise of another tribe!

Leadership

Some tribes (organisations, teams, and families) are extraordinary. The members of the tribe support each other. They love, sacrifice, and deeply care for one another. They prosper together and achieve great heights.

One day, however, the world turns upside down for them. Suddenly, the tribe loses faith and trust. They seem to follow their own separate paths, and they lose interest in working together for a higher goal.

It happens when the tribe loses the person binding them all together. The tribe scatters like a necklace of beads when the common thread breaks.

The problem is that the person binding everyone together is not apparent. If we care about the tribe, we must know the binder and possibly have a succession plan. Otherwise, we may acknowledge the demise of another tribe after losing the tribe’s binder.
