Do you ever wonder what is the difference between an artist and a leader?
An artist is the one who creates art. He may have made pieces of art one or multiple times. We still refer to the creator of art as an artist.
However, to be a leader, we must have to lead consistently. It is about performing every time. It is not about our title or profile. It is about our character. The leader leads consistently to make a difference. As leaders, we are as good as our last project, job or undertaking.
No one cares much what we have done two years ago. What matters is our skill, determination and character to serve and transform the organisation – two years from now.
