Embracing Our True Selves in Leadership: The Power of Authenticity!

Leadership

As leaders, we must learn to build rapport, develop relationships, and form partnerships.

Let us not, however, assume that we can form genuine relationships with everyone. There will always be a few people with whom we cannot actually connect. It may be because of differences in our beliefs, backgrounds, or other aspects.
We must understand that we cannot, or rather, should not, gel with everyone. There is value in being who we are rather than pretending to be someone else. But let us not give up on them either.

Our challenge is to progressively work professionally with people whom we may not like while embracing our true selves!
