- Pretending as if I care (How was your weekend?)
Fake ceremonies and rituals lead to fake relationships.
Relationships are a matter of something very deep. We call it our heart!
Teams are built on deep bonding, trust, care and sacrifice. As a leader, it all starts with you. Are you ready to put your heart and soul into developing meaningful relationships within your organisation?
The alternative is – Fake it till you make it! But, please don’t go there; it sucks!
