How to get support from your team?


The best way to get zero support from my team is to demonstrate that I have all the answers. I may also want to pick up on my team’s mistakes. Furthermore, I do not listen to anyone. After all, I have all the answers, so I tell everyone what they should do. If there are any issues, I quickly find someone I can blame. If we are successful, I tell everyone my methods of achieving success.

However, if I want overwhelming support from my team, I do the exact opposite of the above.
