Each new version of the products and services keeps these big giants alive. Each new version has a few enhancements and aims to bring in more business.
Our business should be no different. We must then be conscious of how our future products and services will be better than they are today. What is the change our customers want from us? What little things should we offer to enrich our customer’s experiences?
It is about finding ways to give more to our customers through continuous improvement.
