We hear stories of their investment in ERP and CRM systems over the past 5-10 years. They complain that these Business systems appear to be never complete. There is always something new that requires more money.
We may better ask what value our investment is returning to the business. Business systems (ERP, CRM) are your company assets like any other asset. So, they need maintenance, updates, refreshes and changes. The point is not the money we are investing in these systems. The point is what value we are getting in return. If for every dollar we invest, we get over $3 in return; it is a good deal!
