Winning is great! We all play, work, and perform to win. We work hard, learn things we hate, and persevere to win.

Yet, we hear the importance of failure. And not the significance of winning!

We hear that failure is a great teacher. Our failures teach us what didn’t work. It develops our character and resilience.

It is true, but, that doesn’t mean we do not value winning as our teachers.

We have an equal opportunity to learn from our wins too. We just have to come out of our delusional thinking of how good we are. Then, focus on which actions, processes, and methods helped us to win.
