The Power of Genuine Presents: Moving from Manipulation to Authenticity!

Leadership

Gifts like a smile, active listening, patience, curiosity, and humility are priceless. They assist us in developing strong rapport, trust, and relationships with our colleagues, customers, and workers.
We frequently give these presents to others, but they are often empty on the inside. They are hollow because we do not truly give them from our hearts. Instead, we use our minds to manipulate situations and to impress, delight, and attract. Our objective is usually to get to the end as quickly as possible. Often, our aim is to play the game of giving and taking, instead of contributing and serving.

There is a significant difference between genuinely caring for the people we serve and attempting to reach the end goal.
I love to take a few moments for some self-reflection and find opportunities to move from manipulation to authenticity!
