Learning To Be Open To Possibilities!

Leadership

A problem can have multiple viable solutions. It is often easier to solve a known problem with the familiar methods.

However, people with an open mindset are also curious to find other ways. They qualify multiple approaches and make an informed decision with the best approach. On the other hand, people with a closed mindset tend to slap the problem with the same solution. They activity negates other possibilities.

We may all like to think that we are open-minded professionals. In my experience, they are rare species. Most of us are likely to be more close-minded on the spectrum.

There is value in self-assessment and learning to be open to possibilities.
