Change management and our intentions!

Change Management

Over time, people understand our obscure objectives and intentions. Our intentions become transparent with our decisions, body language, and actions, which people around us observe over time. With time, people could see through us.

If our intentions are good for them, they would like to pay back. However, if we are self-centred, they may respond by putting their personal interests first.

Any significant organisational change is difficult. It requires a lot of sacrifice along the way. Developing a discipline of change is even more challenging. However, we may have much better chances if our intentions are good. Because when we take care of our stakeholders, they will likely pay back many times more, by committing to be a part of change.
