As we grow, we often outgrow our service providers, tools, processes, and software. We are so used to them that we usually do not realise they are becoming our constraints. They limit the possibilities of our growth and the value we can offer. They may be limiting our potential, pushing us back.
The problem is manifold. The first is that we don’t see them. Second, we do not actively seek their alternatives. Third, we delay our decisions to stay with the status quo.
