Change management can be a misleading term. Often we have limited influence over change. Hence, we can not often manage the change. Instead, we can predict potential changes and prepare for them. We can strategise and prepare to adapt to the change. We can plan to adopt the change. All these actions are inwards. The action is on to us (humans) and not outside (change).

Maybe it’s time to shift perspectives on change management!
