From the outside, it makes no sense to resist. But, when we look closer, we find that people have emotional connections to people, processes, and technology assets.
As change practitioners, we must understand the deeper reasons for resistance to change and formulate strategies for change adoption. However, when we are stuck emotionally, we may need another emotional reason to unstuck.
