These are only a few hypothetical examples of value-add products and services that could take our organisation to the next level.
The problem is that we are not actively seeking them out. While they exist, we are not aware of them. As a result, we need to put in an intentional effort to discover them.
Consider a tree full of fruit. Not all of the fruits are ripe and ready to be picked. We need to move the branches and leaves to locate the mature fruits. They are present, but we must put in the effort to find them.
Therefore, let us develop a plan to discover the fruits within our business that are ripe for picking. By doing so, we can unlock our organisation’s potential and take it to the next level.
