There are a handful of simple rules for living an excellent life. Yet, our minds seek pleasure elsewhere. We often come to realise when it is too late. For example, I left home for school, and distractions kept me from losing my sense of time and direction. When I reached school, it was too late.
The path appears simple, yet the mind keeps looking for pleasures, wondering around the starting point.
