Organisations invest time and effort in assessing various problems. However, what they consider problems are generally symptoms of the problem. It is typical of organisations to continue investigating symptoms. They try to fix them, but improving symptoms merely provides a bandage. The strong foundation of transformation is understanding and fixing the root cause of the problem.
