Technology is easy, 2 + 2 = 4, every single time!

Technology is based on logic. It is binary; either it is or it is not. Therefore, you can measure, test and improve.

Whereas dealing with people is very ambiguous. There, 2 + 2 = ‘depends’!

It depends on mood, motivation, perception, ego, emotions, thinking, background, values, priorities and many other dimensions of human experience.

Therefore, technology projects are not complex. However, dealing with the dynamics of people within the projects is a challenge.

That is why I say, “Technology is easy; dealing with people is complicated!”
