The real damage is done by people who do exactly what we ask. For example, they design software the way we want, follow our instructions like a rule book, and act without asking questions. On the surface and in the short term, this approach seems ideal. However, over time, we encounter the constraints we have designed for ourselves.
Outside our own field, we often don’t know what we need or the latest trends, designs, technologies, and hacks. This is why we need someone to hold our hand and lead from the front, say no, and guide us through the unknown territories of transformation.
