Recently, I have been listening about the great men in history. I learned that the great men had to deal with familiar, worldly problems.
What made them great was their mindset and attitude towards the challenges. There is a massive difference in how they face their problems compared to ordinary people.
What made them great was their mental and emotional state. Their ability to make wise decisions under extreme pressure. Their ability to keep themselves grounded and fight for the truth. To be fearless in their pursuits. To think beyond themselves and stand for the right. To stick to their principles and values at all costs.
I believe the consistent integrity of their character makes them great! Perhaps we remember them implicitly for the same reason.
