Too attached to the titles we hold!

Leadership

We all are characters on the world stage, playing our parts before passing our roles to the next generation. Some of us are privileged, occupying positions of power and higher socio-economic status. These ‘lucky’ ones often receive more attention and admiration, mistaking it for genuine affection based on their identity or achievements. However, this attention often fades once their titles are stripped away, revealing their ordinariness.

We must not become too attached to the titles we hold. Titles are temporary and will eventually be passed on to others. Instead, we should focus on mastering our craft, developing our skills and knowledge, and supporting those who follow us. In doing so, we contribute to a continuous cycle of growth and development, ensuring the show goes on.
