Project delivery is often very challenging. The top problem in project delivery is that we do not consciously try to understand the customer.
We tend to follow an easier path, the ‘look at me’ approach.
The first step is to learn about the customer and customer problem. Then, formulate the plan to solve the problem. By all means, sell the products and services to the customers. But make the difference by understanding the customer’s problems and providing tailored solutions to win the customer.
