I don’t pretend to have answers to all questions.

AND

I stay humble, genuine, and vulnerable, yet I work hard to find the appropriate answers.

I genuinely give credit to the team members who deserve it.

I get the right people in the right spots.

THEN

I observe team members leaving their comfort zone and contributing towards the common goal. They all play together and play hard. They have fun while winning and losing. Learning becomes a habit, and we look forward to the next day to push even harder.
