There are two types of players. The one who plays to win. The others play to play.
The players who play to win have set targets. Their happiness and satisfaction depend on meeting their selected goals. They are serious about the game and focus on winning. They learn, train, and work hard to win. If we take winning out, there is nothing for them in the game.
The others play in the sprint of the game. They equally put everything into attempting to win but are detached from the outcome. They compliment and encourage opponents if they perform well. They want to play as long as possible. They learn, train, and work hard to improve.
Which type of player are you? What kind of player do you aspire to be?
