Digital Maturity measures the organisation’s ability to assess, adapt and implement technology solutions
For example, the higher is the organisation’s Digital Maturity. The higher is its ability to assess the technology needs of its business. Similarly, the enterprise has mature processes to adapt and implement technology solutions within their company. More Digitally mature organisations constantly look out for the technologies available in the market that they can utilise.
Like Digital Capability, Digital Maturity is subjective and What is Digital Maturity. It is subjective because there is no industry benchmarking to assess Digital Maturity. It is relative because the business measures the Digital Maturity improvement by benchmarking its previous state.
Though there are attempts to assess Digital Maturity and a few Digital Maturity Models, there is no well-accepted industry-wide model.
