There are two ways to transform our game. The first is to work hard to improve our game. The second is to change the rules of the game to favour us.
In business, motivating staff members to improve services and implement new systems and processes can be difficult. Alternatively, I may be able to skyrocket the transformation velocity if I can rewrite the rules of engagement with my customers, employees, and suppliers.
Suppose I can change the rules of the game. Then, I have much better chances to win more readily and consistently. The question is, how much influence do I have over the set rules of the game?
