People who frequently shout and scream often reveal their own inner weakness. They struggle to communicate effectively, manage their emotions, or consider perspectives beyond their own. Their need to be “right” and their attempts to exert raw power often lack any real credibility.
When we’re on the receiving end of this behaviour, it’s natural to feel intimidated or unsettled. But it’s worth remembering: abusive behaviour is a sign of weakness, not strength—and we don’t need to give power to those who haven’t earned it.
