What is common among family fights, lengthy boardroom discussions, and flashing newsroom updates?

In all of the above, we indulge in lengthy discussions about complex problems, where no one takes ownership of any problem or attempts to be part of the solution.

Discussions about problems are a good start only if we are committed to doing something about them. Otherwise, we are merely passing another day, justifying our existence in the organisation and hoping to be paid another month.

There is a much better way, however! It is by being part of the solution!
