Every day, I get into hand-to-hand combat with these champion time busters.

  • Procrastination
  • Boredom
  • Allowing work to expand to the timeline without adding additional value
  • Postponing major decisions
  • Active distraction by (mobile, emails, shopping sites)
  • Doing unnecessary things on autopilot without questioning
  • Being not present now
  • Planning too hard on achieving results rather than doing the work with the hope of achieving results

Some days, I win more than others. I tell myself that they must be making me strong.
