Change has many facets. On the surface, we may notice one prominent change element, but beneath it, there are often many interconnected layers that demand our attention.

Let us consider a few examples:
I moved to a new location for work. Beneath this seemingly straightforward relocation, there are significant changes that ripple through my family life and daily routines.
Similarly, when implementing new enterprise software like an ERP or CRM, the visible changes are often in systems and processes. However, beneath these, there can be profound shifts in organisational structure, culture, and behaviours.
