The organisational issues we often discuss—like toxic culture, silos, legacy systems, and rigid structures—aren’t unsolvable. But on the surface, we find ourselves frustrated, wondering why executives don’t seem to get it.
Real transformation—improving customer experience and operational efficiency—requires executive will and determination. After all, most organisational structures are built to follow the chain of command, to comply, not to challenge. That’s why, even when they recognise the issues, employees are often powerless to drive change on their own.
Change must come from the top. Only then can it be sustained—and only then does the ground reality truly begin to shift.
