Controlling ourselves and making sure we do the right thing is great. However, it may be good to examine the source of cravings.
For instance, I eat, check my mobile, drink coffee, and walk to break the current cycle and prevent boredom. So, I may need to find more challenging work rather than wasting my energy controlling myself.
Asking why and going deeper is a beautiful thing. Who knows how much gold we will find by digging deeper!
