Empathy without judgment or superiority!

Leadership

In good times, I can talk about philosophy and life. I can preach positivity and staying calm during challenges. You may see me as a positive and intelligent person.

But when times are rough, I want to allow myself to feel sad, knowing I’m not living up to my own rules. I want to create a space where I can talk to myself and release what’s deep inside.

Here’s what I want you to consider: When people are down, there may be valid reasons for it. Rather than interfering, we should observe from a distance. If we feel they need support, we offer it—without judgment. They are not lower or higher than us. We may react the same way, or even worse, when we face hard times. It’s about our empathy without judgment or superiority.
