Similarly, enterprise software projects are a team sport. Our individual skills and uncoordinated effort don’t lead us too far. We may do many activities without making much progress. We must understand each other and work as a synchronised effort for projects to succeed.
Audiences don’t see how well the individual musicians perform. Instead, they experience the stage performance.
