The problems that don’t break us are often the ones that make us stronger. As frustrating as they are, they carry feedback messages that can shape the direction of our lives. But we can only access that wisdom when we shift our focus from the problem itself to the insight it offers.
For instance:
If my hard work isn’t paying off, perhaps I’m applying effort in the wrong direction.
If I’m being scrutinised unfairly by those close to me, maybe it’s time to protect myself from their influence.
If I keep feeling unlucky, maybe I need to be in a different place—physically, mentally, or emotionally.
We can either keep circling around the problems, or we can pay attention to what they’re trying to tell us—and move forward, mindful of the limited time we have.
