If I think life is tough, I just need to remind myself that it could be even worse. If I feel like I’ve hit rock bottom, I need to ask myself, “What’s the worst that can happen?” From there, the only way is up.
The truth is, life can be full of surprises, uncertainties, and painful experiences. Things might not get easier, but even so, we must find reasons to keep moving forward.
