How to Align AI with Business Goals?
This is a common question — but in my view, it’s not quite the right one.
Instead, we should be asking: How do we align technology with our business goals?
AI is just one of many technologies available to us. Its current popularity doesn’t mean it should be treated as something separate or special. Rather than isolating AI, we should focus on building holistic solutions where AI works seamlessly alongside our existing digital assets — ERP systems, CRM platforms, productivity tools, and more.
When we view AI as part of a broader technology ecosystem, it becomes easier to design practical, inclusive solutions that support real business outcomes — without overcomplicating things.
In short: Don’t build an “AI strategy.” Build a business-aligned technology strategy where AI plays its role naturally and effectively.
