Kill the – ‘It is not my problem’ culture!

Organisation Culture

It is not my problem’ is different from ‘It is not a problem.’

When someone says, ‘It is not my problem’, they don’t want to share the problem/risk with any appropriate authority. As a result, the risk remains there. An unreported and unmonitored risk can soon become an issue.

Therefore kill the – ‘It is not my problem’ culture!

Tell your team and staff that hiding the risk, issue, or problem is unacceptable. If it is not your problem, it is still a problem. Therefore, find the most appropriate authority and report the risk or issue.

Make sure you kill the – ‘It is not my problem’ culture!
