My indecision in improving my business is a form of self-harm. While I may have excuses like being busy or thinking business improvement projects can wait, this lazy decision-making costs me.
Our businesses need our love, care, and sacrifice. It’s not wise to keep taking out without investing in our company. If we do them right, business improvement initiatives like pruning and fertilizing crops will help us achieve a heavy yield next season.
