Things that worked for us yesterday and made us successful may not work today. Our old tricks to optimise operations and save costs may not be relevant today. The perks and incentives which were special before may have become a norm today.
The point is that there is no secret success sauce, no success secret or recipe. If our plan/strategy made us successful in Company A, the exact plan/strategy may not work in Company B.
We may have a higher chance of success if we are disciplined, persistent and hard-working. For each transformational successful change, we must develop a custom plan and constantly adjust it to make it work. So, beware of the vendors/ consultants who are selling you some super cool methodology. There is no secret success sauce or recipe, indeed!
