Many of us are sacrificing today to have a secure and prosperous tomorrow. I am referring to the sacrifices of not living fully today but hoping to live tomorrow. These sacrifices are to push on with time, play safe, and not take risks. This could be our plan.
But remember, it is only a plan. Like all plans it is subject to distortions, unrealistic assumptions, and environmental changes.
Consider this:
- Tomorrow may not come.
- What we value today may not value tomorrow.
- Living today is equally important as hoping for a secure and prosperous tomorrow.
If we live fully today, we may have much better chances for a secure and prosperous tomorrow.
