We often stress too much about the stress.
We need to stress ourselves and others to achieve bigger things. We must sweat, persevere, and sacrifice to attain higher goals. When we are on our toes, we develop much faster as individuals and organisations.
Stress is not a bad thing!
When muscles are put under stress, and we rest and eat, they grow.
When we stress our brains by learning something new, resting, and eating good nutrition, our brains grow too.
Armed forces are under intense stress for the same reason.
We are under the constant stress of gravity.
Stress is not bad – given if it is for the right reason, the right way, the right objective, and with the required support, rest and incentive.
