We are often conditioned to measure success solely by results. However, I believe the true measure of success lies in the combination of effort, intent, process, and teamwork. Measuring success purely by outcomes offers only one dimension. A more holistic approach considers the contributions of the team, the processes they followed, the leadership demonstrated, the intent behind their actions, and the collaboration involved—alongside the final outcome. This perspective provides a far more accurate and meaningful representation of success.
