Our real values may not be what we publicise on our website, flyers and posters. Our real values are a reflection of our current state of business.
For example, the high employee turnover, manual processes, lack of a safe environment, and non-compliance notices from the regulators tell what exactly we actually value. Or, what exactly is not our true values?
Our true values drive our decisions. Our decisions make us who we are today as an organisation. We hardly get much benefit from posting fancy values on the wall. However, uncovering the true values that define our organisation can be a game-changer for us.
