With AI, the value of generic recommendations, suggestions, and advice is rapidly declining. If we can clearly explain our current situation, AI can now provide direct, relevant, and increasingly effective solutions. And it’s only getting better—exponentially so.
This raises a confronting question: as executives, parents, and consultants, are we still using big words and lofty phrases to create a feel-good illusion? If our communication doesn’t lead to action or impact, it’s an empty gesture. It drains our time and energy but adds no real value.
If we keep saying one thing and doing another, trust will erode—quickly.
Now is the time to walk the talk. We must recognise that our experience, position, or title no longer carries the weight it once did. In a world shaped by fast-moving technology, relying on status alone is a fragile strategy.
If we don’t adapt, we’re not just facing irrelevance—we are heading toward an identity and existence crisis.
